For my mask I decided to use designs that hold value to me, as well as lyrics that I feel are important to me. I want the audience to take away what I am most passionate about (music) as well as other aspects of my expression although some features have personal meaning that audiences cannot grasp.

Completing this project helped me explore the role of arts in New Yorkers’ lives because it helped me further understand the sense of individuality that art allows people to express.
