‘Relationships’

'Relationships'

Group Members: Isaiah Gonzalez, Kaif Ali, Shafi Ahmed

The plot is two friends who used to meet up with each other and play soccer together. It was their way of to keeping up with each other and maintaining their relationship. However, they go in different directions when one of them moved away to a college out-of-state and he has a new set of friends, and they end up drifting away from each other, with one ignoring the other.

How did completing your project help you explore the role of arts in the lives of New Yorkers and their communities?

Our group leveraged this project to demonstrate that people split ways as they go into new and different environments, and it is okay, it is tolerable to accept that this is a reality. Moreover, art does not need to be confined to being marvelous, it can be as basic and ordinary as this video.
