In today’s world, defined by rising global temperatures, it is essential to understand how climate trends influence basic everyday purchases and costs, such as produce. This study examines the effect of these trends on the economics of grapes. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an association between higher temperatures (F°) and grape prices in dollars per ton in New York from 2000 to 2017.
