This mask was decorated in order to show parts of my identity. It hints at small things that make up me. I want people to understand the person I am without knowing me.

How did completing your project help you explore the role of arts in the lives of New Yorkers and their communities?
My project allowed me to see how connected New Yorkers really are despite some differences. We can realize we have similar identities when we connect and interact.
