Antioxidants: Foods that Lead to Longevity

Group Members: Jessica Poplawski, Gina Iemmiti, Dorcas Ma, Oscar Contreras, Mireyda Gonzalez, Emily Drivick

People should take away the benefits of antioxidants and the wide variety of plants foods they can be found in, such as fruits like blueberries, bitter green tea, and the delicious cocoa we know and love. The concept of Xenohormesis is important as well, the way these beneficial antioxidants are biosynthesized to protect the organism from stress, protects us from stress. There is a certain harmony about the way plants protect everything around them.
