Blue Zones

Group Members: Giovanni Gil

Blue Zones are places around the world where people live longer and healthier lives. After careful confirmation that the people there live as long as the claim to live, their lifestyles are researched, and analyzed to try to find out what makes them so special. Overall implementing movement all throughout your daily activities, eating plenty of vegetables, surrounding yourself with loved ones, being part of a faith based community, having a clear purpose in life, and frequently letting go of stress will add years to your life.
